Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has posted an employment notification for the recruitment of various Posts as a SI and ASI posts. They are inviting online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for filling up Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) posts in CISF and Sub-Inspector (SI) posts in Delhi Police and CAPF. We advised all the Eligible and interested candidates to apply through online or offline mode as on or before 18 th

of April, 2014. It has notified that the Commission will hold an All India Examination for Recruitment of the Posts of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF on Sunday. The tentative dates for Examinations are: -22 nd of June, 2014(Paper-I) & 21 st of September, 2014(Paper-II).

The Pay scale will be Rs.9300-34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 and is classified as Group ‘C’ by Delhi Police.

For the Posts of Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF: -

The salary range will be Rs.5200-20200 in PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- and is classified as Group ‘C’.

Instructions to apply through Off-line Mode of Application: -

For filling the offline application, download the application format through their official website.

Candidates are advised to fill the appropriate information in the area specified. After that, submit application fee by means of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)"only. At last, duly filled application with fees, send to the concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission.

Instructions to apply through On-line Mode of Application: -

For applying online for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, the eligible candidates have to visit http://ssconline.nic.in

Read the instructions carefully prior to fill the online application. The online application contains two parts Part-I Registration and Part-II Registration. Upload scanned signature and photograph of specified dimensions Now make payment as mentioned above. After filling online application candidates are required to take print out of the system generated online application form for further use.

Application Fees: -

For the General and OBC Candidates: -They would required to pay Rs 100/- only.

For the Reserved Candidates (SC/ ST/PWD):- They are exempted from payment of application fee.

Application fee should be paid through Offline and Online. DESCRIPTIVE TEST :There will also be a Descriptive test of 50 Marks, that consists of test on your English writing skills. It consists of letter & essay writing.DURATION : 1 hour.

PHASE 2: It consists of:Group Discussion and Interview : Those who Qualify the Written test will be eligible for Group Discussion (20 Marks) and after that called for Interview (30 Marks).
